Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as we deal in custom orders made specifically for you.

Delivery Time: 8–10 days

Packaging: We take great care when packing our clocks. All clocks are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes clearly marked “Fragile” for safe handling.
Warranty
All Everlasting Clock Company clocks come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers mechanical or other major defects, but does not include general wear and tear.
If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us at everlastingclocks@gmail.com. Products deemed defective will be repaired or replaced after discussion with you, our valued customer.
