Q: Are the clocks battery operated?
Yes. All of our clocks require one AA battery (not included).


Q: How do you hang the clock?
Our clocks are designed to hang on a wall using a nail or hook. This ensures they sit flush against the wall for the quietest performance possible.
If the clock is hung in a way that makes it sit away from the wall—such as with Velcro hanging strips—you may hear a faint sound from the clock mechanism.


Q: What is the right age for a child to have a clock?
Any age! From 3 to 13 (and beyond), having a clock in a child’s room is a great way to develop time awareness.
Younger children benefit from regularly seeing numbers, just like they do with letters and words in books. This exposure helps them learn to tell time more easily.
Older children and teenagers improve their time management skills by having a clock to help them plan and monitor their schedules.


Q: Do you only sell wall clocks?
Yes — at this stage we only sell 11.5-inch wall clocks. However, we plan to release smaller desk clocks in the future!

Q: What should I do if my clock stops working?

At Champion Everlasting Clocks, we focus on delivering high-quality products with strict quality control. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Returns Policy

  • We do not offer returns once the order has been placed and the parcel is dispatched.

  • If the item is not defective, no return, exchange, or refund will be provided under any circumstances.

🔧 Replacement for Defective Parts Only

  • If a specific part of the clock is found to be damaged, defective, or non-functional, we will:

    • Replace only the defective part, not the entire product

    • Send the replacement part to you

    • Provide a step-by-step installation video for easy setup

  • Complete product replacement is not offered.

📦 Parcel Opening Policy

  • Opening the parcel before payment to the courier service is strictly not allowed.

  • Customers must receive and pay for the parcel before opening it.

  • Any refusal based on “open parcel request” will not be entertained.
